Return & Refund Policy

At Pretiora, we want you to be confident about every purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in a clear and fair manner.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the product meets all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and any accompanying materials are intact

  • The return request is raised within the specified return timeframe

Products showing signs of wear, damage after delivery, or improper handling will not be eligible for return.


2. Return Timeframe

Customers must initiate a return request within 3-5 days of receiving the product.

Return requests made after this period will not be accepted unless the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.


3. Refund Process and Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically completed within 48 hours after approval

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.


4. Exchange Options

Exchanges are subject to product availability and eligibility conditions.

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or design, please contact us first to confirm availability. Exchanges may require the original product to be returned and approved before a replacement is dispatched.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

You may be asked to share clear images or videos of the product and packaging for verification. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective upon delivery:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part, return shipping will be covered by Pretiora

  • For all other eligible returns, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

Shipping charges paid during purchase are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
